Phase 4: Deploy (Week 10-11)
App Store submission, Google Play deployment, and beta testing with real users. We handle all the submission requirements, screenshots, and metadata optimization.
Phase 5: Support (Ongoing)
Post-launch monitoring, crash reporting, user analytics, and iterative improvements based on real usage data.
